Meet Andrella Pusha, a remarkable individual from Charleston who has accomplished a great deal in her career. She is a veteran, author, public speaker, private banker, board member, and licensed Realtor in South Carolina. Her passion lies in transforming the real estate landscape, and she is actively involved in commercial/residential sales, development, mentoring, and investing. Andrella is a trailblazer, breaking glass ceilings wherever she goes.
Andrella spent 20 years in the Navy as a nuclear engineer and retired in May 2018. Only a few others have reached this status in their careers.
Andrella’s goal is to become a real estate developer, and she shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Her work ethic is unparalleled, and everything she does is done with intention and heart. Who wouldn’t want Andrella on their side at the closing table? Her commitment to community involvement has led her to serve on various boards, including the Hazel Global Foundation, Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, Hampton Roads Regional Black Business Chamber of Commerce (Black Brand), and Lowcountry Veterans Home.
Andrella holds prominent positions on several state committees, such as the SC Realtors Professional Standards Committee, SC Realtor Community Alliance, and the CTAR Strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
Andrella will also join the SC Realtors® State Leadership Academy in CY 2024, where she and other state leaders will work together to positively impact the community. Andrella is a graduate of the Charleston Chamber of Commerce Civic
Leaders Academy and CTAR Leadership Academy. She holds certifications as a Military Relocation Professional, Short Sales and foreclosure Resource, At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Committed to Excellence (C2EX).
Andrella cherishes her role as a devoted mother. She finds joy in spending quality time with her family and exploring new destinations through her travels. Andrella is always ready to lend a helping hand, living purposefully and cherishing her belief that “Happiness is a Choice.”
